- A 6-week intensive course designed for active individuals, coaches, and trainers to master nutrition concepts for peak performance and wellness
- Includes weekly 60-minute recorded modules followed by live Q&A sessions, 1:1 nutrition analysis with weekly check-ins, 24/7 group chat, weekly guides/templates to support module topics, a grocery list, and 25 athlete-friendly recipes
- Module topics include metabolism and body composition manipulation, macronutrients, micronutrients and hydration, nutrient timing, resistance/endurance training and sport-specifics, and supplements/ergogenic acids
- Course starts the first Monday of January, March, May, July, September, and November
-Accepts 15 people per session

- Includes one 30-minute counseling session monthly via phone or video call
